1. Sponsor
The Peptide Anabolic Stack Weekly Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Infinis Nutrition LLC, 10780 NW 27th Street, Doral, FL 33172 (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules, which are binding on every entrant.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion begins on September 25, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
Entries are eligible for a given weekly drawing if they are received by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on the Thursday immediately preceding that drawing. An eligible entry remains in every remaining drawing for the balance of the Promotion Period without any further action by the entrant.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members and agents of the Sponsor, and of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, administration, fulfilment or execution of the Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such person, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Promotion page at infinisnutrition.com/pages/anabolic-stack-giveaway, complete the entry form with a valid email address, confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, and submit the form. Entry is free. Online entry is the only method of entry; entries by mail, telephone or any other means will not be accepted.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any other automated means, and entries submitted through any means that subverts the entry process, are void. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, late or misdirected entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address given at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned the email address by the internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with that address. A potential winner may be required to show that they are the authorized account holder.
5. Entry limit
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion. Entering more than once does not increase your chances of winning; duplicate entries will be consolidated into a single entry. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or addresses to enter more than once is grounds for disqualification.
No bonus, additional, referral or multiplied entries are offered in this Promotion. Every eligible entrant has one (1) entry, and that entry is included in each drawing for which the entrant remains eligible under Section 6. No action other than entering once increases an entrant's chance of winning.
6. Drawings and odds of winning
There will be six (6) drawings, held at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Time on each of the following Fridays in 2026: October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30 and November 6. Two (2) winners will be selected in each drawing, for a total of twelve (12) winners and twelve (12) prizes.
Each drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the applicable cut-off in Section 2. A previous winner is not eligible to win a second prize and will be removed from subsequent drawings.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
Each of the twelve (12) prizes consists of a three-month supply of the Peptide Anabolic Stack: three (3) bottles of Muscle Peptide 103 (168 capsules per bottle) and three (3) bottles of Test Peptide T37 (112 capsules per bottle), shipped free within the United States.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $449.94. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,399.28. The ARV is based on the Sponsor's regular published retail price of $74.99 per bottle as of the start of the Promotion Period. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor, outside of any manufacturer's standard warranty. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not expressly stated here are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. street address only; the Sponsor will not ship to P.O. boxes or to addresses outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery.
8. Winner notification
Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry, on the Saturday following the drawing (at approximately 10:00 AM Eastern Time). A potential winner must respond to that notification and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days. The Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where legally permitted, a publicity release within seven (7) days of the date the documents are sent.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time stated, fails to return required documents within the time stated, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or if the prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing.
9. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry is free and no payment is ever collected from an entrant; this section only means that the value of a prize may count as income to the winner under U.S. tax law. If required by law, the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of a prize and may request a taxpayer identification number before the prize is released.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of that winner's first name, last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The Sponsor will not publish a winner's full name, street address, email address or photograph without that winner's separate express permission.
11. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, the Sponsor may select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Promotion page; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
12. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable email or mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event will the Sponsor be liable for attorneys' fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
13. Disputes and governing law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may use your email address to administer the Promotion and, if you have consented, to send you marketing email. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, without affecting your entry.
15. Winners list
Winners are posted on the Promotion page each Saturday following a drawing. 16. Platform disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing information to the Sponsor and not to any of those platforms. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor.
17. Product statements
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any figures cited on the Promotion page reflect published clinical studies on individual ingredients in healthy adults versus placebo, not on the finished products. Individual results vary. Consult your physician before starting any dietary supplement.
